Bills vs Saints Tickets – Road Game Review

OK, so it’s a little early to be looking ahead to the Bills vs Saints game on Sept. 27th. So sue me. But I find this contest both interesting and intimidating. Here why:

The New Orleans Saints have to get past the Eagles to meet Buffalo at 2-0. I think they will.

The Buffalo Bills lost to the Patriots on a fluke, playing at a much higher level than anyone gave them credit for. They play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this week so they should be 1-1 before playing the Saints.

The Saints ticket to the playoff will be the play of their defense in 2009. Yes, the offense must perform at a high level, but that happened last season and the defense was so awful they didn’t get in. So, the Saints defense, particularly the secondary, has to be tough. Which means they must find a way to stop T.O.

Meanwhile, the Buffalo Bills will be looking to feed the ball to Owens, especially if they watched game tape of the Saints last season. It all boils down to: Can the New Orleans Saints stop T.O. by either heavy coverage or making Trent Edwards a human pinata?
