Eagles vs Saints Tickets – Another Look

Now that the rosters are settled down I though I would take another look at Eagles vs Saints tickets. It’s become prett clear now that McNabb doesn’t have any competion from Michael Vick. In fact, Vick won’t be a prt of the Eagles and saints matchup. So that leaves a Dreww Brees and McNabb matchup.

The Saints Drew Brees appears to have the edge in weapons. Reggie Bush as a running back/receiver, Marques Colston as Mr. Reliable, Robert Meacham as the deep threat, and Jeremy Shockey as the bull in the china shop pass catching tight end, something this West Coast attack has lacked in the past. On top of that the Saints seem to have found two solid running backs in Pierre Thomas and Mike Bell, giving the Saints rushing attack the short yardage power it lacked last season.

The Eagles Donovan McNabb will once again be looking at Brian Westbrook as his primary back and pass catcher out of the backfield. westbrook has excelled when healthy but injuries may limit his availability. From there the Eagle also hope to get some production from rookie LeSean McCoy a 2nd Round pick out of Pittsburgh, who is very much in the Westbrook mold. In the passing game Philadelphia is banking on big things from DeSean Jackson, who had a fine rookie season and should be getting acclimated in the Eagl;es passing game. Jeremy Maclin, the Eagles 1st Round pick should play immediately and give the passing game some downfield punch.

These Saints at Eagles tickets will give fans a closeup look at two NFC teams carrying the weight of high expectations on their shoulders. Both have experienced and capable quarterbacks and both have exciting and dangerous runners. The offensive advantage probably falls to New Orleans with more explosive weapons. But the game is in Philadelphia and the crowd in Lincoln Financial Field won’t be easy to deal with. Call it an even shot for either team to walk away a winner.
